International Century 21 Event in Lisbon Portugal Pre Covid. 

This was a week long experience in which I had the pleasure be a guest speaker for the largest Century 21 International Event! 5000+ attendees from all over the Iberian Coast! 

I also had the pleasure to teach the current Century 21 management staff of Portugal on the ins and outs of recruiting, retention and tools and resource. Then finally to share the latest tools and resources to the agents of Century 21 Spain, Portugal, and Israel. Truly Fantastic!

Fantastic experience teaching agents internationally all about marketshare expansion, succession planning, database organization, lead generation. The highlight of this day was the articulation of their stories to win more listings and interact with their database! One agent contacted me two weeks after and said she had just signed her 4th listing that week! She said the value proposition workshop helped her tremendously!

An exciting day in San Francisco with the California Better Homes and Gardens Broker/Owners and Managers! We met at the super cool Zap Labs. The day was filled a lot of talk about recruiting, scripting, how to reach out to the right candidate and then what to say! We discussed ways to help their agents feel more sticky to the brand as well as better ways to run their day to day practices.  

This was a snapshot of the Value Proposition Workshop that my team rolled out to over 100 Realogy brand events! 

This was a slide from the "Driving Value" section. 

We statistically showed how a broker/ team leader could increase their recruiting by 21% after attending this workshop. 

Amazing experience in Las Vegas for the Annual Coldwell Banker Gen Blue. Succession planning, operational optimization and growth tactics were featured for brokers and agents from around the globe! 

Presenting and teaching on growth tactics, value proposition and financial planning to all the Century 21 Broker/Owners from Canada as well as the Master Franchisor and their staff. This is an annual get together event for all of them and one of the most rewarding for me! It was so interesting to collaborate with the Canadian Broker/Owners and present innovative ways they can improve their bottom line.
