About

With over two and half decades of sales and management experience, Shari Janzen currently serves as President and CEO of Capital Consulting Inc. Previous to this venture, Shari served as the Vice President of Strategic Growth for Realogy Holdings Corp. including the brands Coldwell Banker, Sotheby's International Realty, Century 21, Better Homes and Gardens, Realogy Franchise Group, ERA and Corcoran. Areas of competence include Sales, Professional Standards, Educational Training, Software Integration, Recruiting and Retention, Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Benchmarking, Value Proposition, Marketing Service Agreements, and Succession Planning. Shari possess a keen ability to implement change, drive growth and increase profitability while demonstrating effective communication and skill in presenting complex concepts in straightforward ways. Shari also has the valued experience as a key note speaker for various domestic and international events.

Skills

Prior to Shari's start with Capital Consulting Inc. she joined Realogy in March of 2015 as an Executive Business Consultant for Coldwell Banker Inc. Corporate Headquarters assiduously working with franchised business owners throughout the States of California and Hawaii. From 2013 to 2015 Shari owned and operated the first Homesmart, Inc. in Northern California. For 12 years prior to joining Homesmart, Shari served on the Board of Directors and held the position of Regional Sales Director for RE/MAX Gold, the largest franchised RE/MAX in the world with over 11 billion dollars in yearly sales and 37 offices. She has represented Realogy Holdings Corporation at NAR and AREAA Conferences as well as brand specific events such as Gen Blue and Leadership Summit. The most recent contribution to her former business solutions team was co-creation of the Value Proposition Workshop “Illuminate.” Shari also has completed two post-graduate courses from Harvard University on Influence and Persuasion in Leadership and Negotiation Strategy and Tactics. In late 2017, she took part in the Realogy Change Management workshop with a unique group from senior leadership at corporate headquarters. Shari is currently working on a new recruiting workshop for 2024 and continues to write business solution blogs for various publications.
